By creating an account, accessing the GreenNest website, or using the GreenNest web or mobile app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

You are responsible for making sure your use of GreenNest is lawful where you live and for using accurate account information.

GreenNest is intended for adults and is not directed to children.

• You are responsible for keeping your password and account access secure.
• You must not try to access another person's account or misuse the service.
• You are responsible for reviewing tasks, reminders, schedule changes, and any account settings before acting on them.

You may use GreenNest for your own lawful household planning, cleaning, and maintenance organization.

You must not misuse GreenNest, interfere with the app, try to reverse engineer protected systems, submit harmful content, bypass security controls, or use the service in a way that could harm other people or property.

GreenNest lets you create custom tasks and add optional notes, safety text, scheduling choices, and similar content. You are responsible for that content and for making sure it is lawful, accurate, and appropriate for your own use.

GreenNest provides general household planning, cleaning, and maintenance information. It does not create a professional inspection, diagnosis, engineering, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, legal, medical, or emergency-service relationship.

GreenNest does not know your full home condition, hidden defects, appliance manuals, building history, warranties, or local code requirements. You are responsible for checking those sources before acting.

AI guidance in GreenNest may be incomplete, mistaken, or outdated. It is general informational guidance only and does not replace qualified professional advice or regulated trade services.

Before acting on AI guidance, consider your home, equipment manuals, warranties, local codes, and personal skill level. Stop if you are uncertain, lack the right tools, or believe the task is unsafe.

Electrical, gas, structural, hazardous-material, major plumbing, fire-safety, roofing, and similar work may require a licensed or otherwise qualified professional. GreenNest is not an emergency service.

You are responsible for deciding whether a task is safe for you to attempt. If a task seems unsafe, regulated, uncertain, or beyond your ability, do not continue.

If there is fire, gas odor, flood risk, carbon-monoxide concern, structural danger, active electrical hazard, medical danger, or any other emergency, stop using the app for guidance and contact appropriate emergency or professional services immediately.

GreenNest may link to third-party services such as Google search results, YouTube results, and other outside platforms. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

GreenNest does not control or guarantee third-party content, availability, pricing, credentials, insurance, workmanship, privacy practices, or outcomes. A link does not guarantee endorsement.

GreenNest and its app content, branding, design, and software are owned by or licensed to GreenNest, except for third-party materials used under their own terms.

GreenNest may change, pause, or remove features, update the app, or limit access when needed for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.

GreenNest may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if use of the service creates risk for the app, other users, or GreenNest.

You may stop using the service at any time, and you may request deletion of your account or use the in-app deletion flow.

GreenNest is currently offered without subscription billing or in-app purchase terms in these Terms and Conditions. If GreenNest introduces paid features in the future, GreenNest will update these terms before those features become available.

GreenNest may update these Terms and Conditions if the product, legal requirements, or operational practices change.

When that happens, GreenNest will post the updated version and update the last-updated date on this page.

GreenNest is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. GreenNest does not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every situation.

To the extent permitted by law, GreenNest is not liable for losses, damage, injury, service-provider outcomes, or property issues arising from your use of the app, your reliance on scheduling suggestions or AI guidance, or your interactions with third parties.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
